Village at Rock Springs

Conveniently located off Joey Adkins Road in Moody, Alabama, the 14 acre campus offers a peaceful 55 an older living environment, with shopping and services only minutes away. The spacious and open floorplans of these duplexes offer all two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment homes, featuring energy star appliances, laminate wood plank flooring and private rear verandas. This community includes a clubhouse with a large gathering area, fitness and computer centers, and a large veranda of its own, with a gazebo on one side and a large picnic pavilion on the other.

This project was developed for the Community Action Partnership of Northern Alabama. Financing came from the Alabama Housing Finance Authority, which provided the housing tax credits and HOME loan funds, which make the rents so affordable. BBVA Compass also partnered to provide the equity and construction financing.
