Valley Oaks

Completely renovated in November, 2021, Valley Oaks is a family-focused property located right across the street from Valley High School. It consists of 56 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, together with a clubhouse, playground and a large picnic pavilion for outdoor gatherings.

This project was developed by The Bennett Group, LLC. The project was funded utilizing the housing tax credit provided by the Alabama Housing Finance Authority; equity provided by Raymond James; construction and permanent financing was provided by ServisFirst Bank and HOPE Credit Union.
