Trinity Lake

Completed in July, 2020, Trinity Lake is situated on Webb’s Pond near Phenix City, and combines the peacefulness of the “country” with very close proximity to jobs and services in Phenix City and Columbus. This is a place for families, featuring spacious 2- and 3-bedroom energy efficient apartment homes. In addition to being lakeside, the property features many outdoor amenities, including a picnic pavilion with several tables and barbecue grills, a gazebo and a playground. The community clubhouse includes a large gathering area and outdoor veranda for social events, a computer center, and a special youth activities room with TV, games, books, and puzzles—a great space for kids to hang out!

Each apartment features hardwood laminate flooring, solid wood cabinetry and Energy Star applicants. All apartments have two bathrooms.

This project was developed in partnership with the Alabama Housing Finance Authority, which provided the housing tax credits and HOME loan funds, that make the rents so affordable. Regions Bank also partnered to provide the equity and construction loan for Trinity Lake.
