Oak Meadows

This mix of townhouses and garden apartments was built in the 1990’s for families in Oneonta, Alabama. It was completely renovated in 2024 by the Community Action Program of North Alabama, Inc., in partnership with Bennett & Company, LLC.  Financing was provided by United Bank and the Alabama Housing Finance Authority.  Joel Peek was the architect, and Bob Morrow Construction Company, Inc., was the contractor.
