Dunbar Court is located near grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, restaurants and doctors’ offices.  It is also just across New Dunbar Road from the Byron Elementary School.

In addition to its energy-efficient apartment homes, this property includes a clubhouse, computer and fitness centers, and a playground.

This project was developed in partnership with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA), which provided the housing tax credits and HOME funds. The project was designed by McKean & Associates, Architects, LLC, and was built by Fairway Construction.   Special financing was provided by United Bank.
