Aron Boldog Joins TBG as Partner.
Aron joined The Bennett Group in January 2025 as a Partner. He has worked developing affordable housing since 2017. He started his development career with a non-profit, Community Action Partnership of North Alabama (CAPNA), where he was introduced to TBG through their partnership with the non-profit. While he was leading the development team at CAPNA, he worked with TBG to develop 10 properties together with a focus on smaller to mid-size markets in Alabama, Georgia and South Carolina.
Since joining TBG he has managed much of the pre-development planning and worked with the staff, third parties, investors, partners and lenders to increase TBG’s footprint in the Southeast. He is passionate about the importance of community relationships and providing the very best in affordable housing opportunities for every community we work in.
