Completed in March, 2025, Trinity Ridge is situated next to it’s sister property, Trinty Lake, near Phenix City, Alabama, and combines the “country setting” with close proximity to the jobs and services of Phenix City and Columbus, GA.  This is a development for seniors aged 55 and older and features all 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments, along with a fitness center, computer center, clubhouse, picnic pavilion and gazebo, both with outdoor barbecue grills.

This project was developed in partnership with the Alabama Housing Finance Authority, which provided the housing tax credits, HOME and Housing Trust loans, that make the rents so affordable.  Regions Bank partnered to provide the equity investment, and United Bank provided the construction financing.  The Alabama Multifamily Loan Consortium the permanent loan.  The Community Action Partnership of North Alabama, Inc., (CAPNA) also co-developed this property and provided special permanent financing as well.

The project was designed by McKean & Associates, LLC, and was built by Olympia Construction Company, Inc.
