After a renovation of the former Woodland Hills property in June, 2025, Lamplighter Lane is a complete rebranding of this 40-unit family-oriented property in Troy, Alabama.

Tucked in a single-family residential neighborhood just a few block from Troy University, Lamplighter provides 32 two-bedroom, and 8 3-bedroom energy efficient apartments.  The property also includes a clubhouse, computer and fitness centers, a playground and picnic pavilion.

This project was developed by Rowlett & Company, LLC, and Boldog Development Group, LLC, in partnership with the Alabama Housing Finance Authority (AHFA), which provided the housing tax credits. The project was designed by the Architectural Offices of Joel Peek and built by Holland-Seals, LLC.  Construction financing was provide by the Federation of Appalachian Housing Enterprises, Inc. (FAHE), and permanent filnacing was provided by United Bank and AHFA.
