We’ve also developed single family subdivisions and commercial properties. We’ve done this in part for our own account, but for the most part, we’ve partnered, consulted or co-developed with other individuals and organizations. We enjoy the challenges and opportunities of new partnerships. And we like people who care about housing, neighborhoods, and families.

At The Bennett Group we enjoy both the process and the result of residential housing development. We love working with partners - new and old. And we enjoy enhancing communities and changing lives while delivering superior results for investors. Over the past two decades our non-profit partners, by working with us, have increased their housing development capacity and earned more than $10,000,000 in fee income which they've used to provide housing-related services and to augment their Head Start, Community Outreach, Weatherization and other programs.
